Slideways is a unique karting experience, with petrol cars that race on an indoor/outdoor track.

• 11am-11:30am: Racing @ Slideways Go Karting (Nerang) – make own way to Slideways by 10:30 for 11am start
• Please note your guide will arrive by 11:15; should you finish your race early, feel free to play some arcade games while waiting.

Your Time Includes:

• 1 x 20 min session
• Membership & balaclava
• Special Sprint Cup Race available for groups of 10+, which includes exclusive track use
• Speak to us about upgrading to include more track time!

Timing:

• Up to 16 karts on track at once
• We require the participants to arrive 30 mins prior to their on-track time. This is to allow time to register and listen to the safety briefing
• All kart sessions are 20 minutes in duration
• Average duration of stay is 1 hour

Remainder of the day:

• Visit Lost Palms or Precinct Brewery for lunch, beer tastings, education, information
• Black Hops Brewing for tasting paddle
• Burleigh Brewing for tasting paddle
• Finish tour and drop off on the Gold Coast

With so many options across the Gold Coast, the venues we visit will vary on the day.

Venues may include: Black Hops HQ, Black Hops II, BOBs, Hound & Stag, Madocke, Lost Palms, Burleigh Brewing, Precinct Brewing, Balter Brewing, Currumbin Valley Brewing

Pick ups at the venue:

• Slideways (Nerang) located at 10 Spencer Road, Nerang, Gold Coast

We are flexible with our drop-off locations within the city based on guests’ needs and requests.

Included in the price: designated time at Slideways, transportation in our private, air-conditioned van, guided brewery tour with explanation of the brewing process, all beer samples at the breweries we visit, lunch, beer education and history, snacks, and witty commentary (well, we think it is).

It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to get themselves to Slideways at the beginning of the day for the allotted session. Hop On Brewery Tours will pick up at a designated time from either venue. Strictly no drinking prior to karting; you will be tested if suspected to have consumed alcohol. Closed toe shoes required. Thongs, sandals, scarves, hoodies and loose clothing items are not allowed for safety reasons.

Please note that we will try and catch the brewers in action but that can’t always be guaranteed; keep an open mind on the day because no matter what or who we see, the beers are always epic. Sometimes the itineraries will change at a whim; this may be because of traffic, a last-minute decision from the brewery or any number of things, so we ask for your patience and flexibility.
