Exchange vows beneath the 180-year-old oak tree set amongst the picturesque vines for a truly romantic and charming ceremony. The natural beauty of the vineyard will create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Option 1: Outdoor Venue Hire Only $2,000.00

Includes full access to the deck under the oak tree and vineyard site for wedding party photos.

Cellar door access available for bridal party only.

Bottle of Rusty Roof Vineyard 2023 Sparkling included for the bride & groom.

Option 2: Outdoor Venue Hire w/Chairs & Cellar Door Access $2,500.00

Includes full access to the deck under the oak tree and vineyard site for wedding party photos.

Cellar door access available for bridal party prior to the ceremony, followed by wedding guest access after the ceremony; drinks available for purchase.

Chair hire with or without chair ribbons, set up by Rusty Roof staff.

Wedding table for marriage certificate signing.

Bottle of Rusty Roof Vineyard 2023 Sparkling included for the bride & groom.

Option 3: Outdoor Venue Hire, Chair Provision & Cellar Door Reception Experience $3,500.00 + $30 per person

Includes full access to the deck under the oak tree and vineyard site for wedding party photos.

Cellar door access available for bridal party prior to the ceremony, followed by wedding reception after the ceremony. Standing event with an offering of cheese boards and wood-fired pizzas.

Chair hire with or without chair ribbons, set up by Rusty Roof staff.

Wedding table for marriage certificate signing.

Catering: wood-fired pizzas and cheese boards included in pricing.

Drinks available for purchase: Rusty Roof Vineyard wines, Spreyton Cider Co. ciders, Ready-to-Drink cans, Dasher & Fisher Gins, Buttons Brewing Co. beer, and a selection of Boags options.

Optional Extras:

Live music can bee organised by the client or Rusty Roof Vineyard can provide the option of using the in-house music system.

Packages can be customised to suit couples’ requirements and desires, and will be priced accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of $500 is required to secure your date and preferred time, payable upon invoice within 7 days of booking
Confirmation of final guest numbers attending the event is required 21 days prior

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside 30 days prior to the event: loss of 50% deposit
Cancellations within 30 days of the event: loss of deposit
Cancellations within 10 days of the event: loss of full amount
