We always recommend drinking at and buying beer (and spirits) directly from the brewery or distillery nearest to you,
and there are many craft breweries to choose from! Nothing tastes better than a beer straight from the tank,
and you can’t beat the prices when you buy direct (you can also get seasonal beers in growlers or squealers), plus they’re generally just cool places to hang out.

Even still, we know breweries aren’t for everyone, so we have tried to consolidate some of the “craftiest” bars and bottle shops around town.
Our list below is not comprehensive. New breweries, excellent bottle shops, and bars featuring independent craft beer are constantly opening and we will attempt to stay abreast of these changes. Some of the bottle shops listed will also sell and/or fill growlers and squealers,
so the best option is to follow them on social media as they are forever updating their selections to ensure you know what’s on.

With each passing week, many larger chains like Dan Murphy’s, BWS, First Choice, and Cellarbrations are starting to stock more craft beer as well,
but we are sticking to the smaller, independent bottle shops below.
