FRI 27 – SUN 29 MAR – BRISBANE – Let’s Celebrate QLD @ Archer / 12pm onwards
LET’S CELEBRATE QUEENSLAND!
This one means a lot to us.
From Friday the 29th of March until Sunday, weโre celebrating everything that makes Queensland great โ the growers, the producers, the farmers, and the suppliers who make what we do possible.
We’ll be launching our Queensland Pale Ale (QPA), the only beer brewed using 100% Queensland ingredients. Thatโs QLD-grown hops, malt, yeast and water.
No shortcuts. No imports. Just local.
But we’re not stopping at the beer.
For one weekend only, weโre going all in on a QLD-only menu, showcasing some of the best produce our state has to offer.
This is about backing local.
Supporting the people behind the scenes.
And proving you donโt need to look overseas to make something bloody great, and the way it’s all going, it’s best we don’t look overseas.

April 2026
WEDS 1 APR – BRISBANE – Delirium Day @ Saccharomyces / 3-10pm
This is no April Foolโs joke: the famous pink elephant is returning to the lane! ๐๐
Weโve managed to secure three distinct brews from one of our favourite Belgian icons, so weโre turning the first Wednesday of April into a celebration of all things Delirium.
Whether you are a die-hard fan of the classic Tremens or want to explore the darker side of the elephant, get down the lane on Wednesday, April 1 for a mid-week Belgian break.
ON THE TAPS
๐Delirium Tremens (8.5%) The flagship pale blond ale. Fine, regular carbonation leads to a stable head and spicy, malty aromas. It offers a warming palate with a beautifully rounded mouthfeel and a long-lasting, dry, bitter finish.
๐Delirium Argentum (7.0%) A specialty amber ale originally brewed for the 25th anniversary of Tremens. Itโs full-bodied and intense with a touch of caramel, balanced by spicy, citrus-like bitterness and a fresh, complex aftertaste.
๐Delirium Nocturnum (8.5%) The dark side of the elephant. A deep brown-red triple with notes of roasted malt and chocolate. Expect an initial softness on the tongue followed by an increasing bitterness and a perfect balance between sweet and sour.
THURS 2 APR – BRISBANE – Dessert Beer Takeover @ Saccharomyces / 12pm onwards
Easter is coming, but before we pull the pin for the holidays, weโre going all in on the sugar at Sweet As Thursday!
Weโve curated a lineup of the most indulgent brews we could find. Think thick pastry stouts, fruit-heavy smoothie sours, ice-cream beers, and rich chocolate ales. If you like your beer as sweet as your treats, this is your day.
In true holiday spirit, weโll be slinging a limited number of chocolate eggs to use as glassware. Yes, you can get your beer poured straight into a chocolate egg for the ultimate decadent experience.
This is your last chance for a Sacch fix before the Easter public holiday closures, so don’t miss out on the sugar-fueled celebration. Join us down the lane on April 2 to kick off the long weekend in style.
Stay tuned for the full tap list! ๐ซ๐ป
SAT 4 APR – BRISBANE – 5th Birthday Event @ Working Title / 12pm onwards
Our 5th Birthday Celebrations Kick Off Saturday April 4th From Midday! ๐ฅ๐๐ฅณ๐ป
Whoah, weโre turning 5 – which, in the current economic climate is basically ancient alien civilisation status. To celebrate, weโre summoning an intergalactic (read: 3 state) rager so wild even a Mangalores army would surrender politely.
As you’ve no doubt surmised from our recent Instaspam, we’re launching a series of birthday beers on tap and in tins titled The Fifth Element – which, if youโve been reading Markโs #bgw waffle over the past couple of weeks, you should be pretty bloody excited about:
๐ง Water: 8.5% San Diego IPA
๐พ Malt: 6.5% Red IPA
๐ฑ Hops: 6.0% TDH IPA
๐ฆ Yeast: Announcing next Monday
๐ค The Fifth Element: Announcing next Wednesday
We’ll also have a hyperspace cache of themed food, cocktails, and slushies, and Same Old Suspects will be spinning cosmic-level DnB all day.
And of course, there will be cake.
For our orbiting outlanders, you can join the celebration that same day and try all 5 beers courtesy of these Mondoshawan emissaries:
NSW – @unionhotelnewtown
VIC – @carwyncellars
There’s no dress code, but if you show up as a space priest or a sentient stone you will earn our utmost respect.
I may have gone a little heavy on The Fifth Element references here.
Big Bada Boom.
SUN 12 APR – GOLD COAST – Hop On Turns 10! @ Precinct / 12pm onwards
We turn TEN and want to celebrate with YOU!๐๐ฅณ๐ป
Join us at Precinct Brewing where we will tap the first kegs of our bday beer, a hoppy red ale (yummmmm). We’ll have some pizzas and chicken wings and might even splurge on a cake. But feel free to bring your own cake to share, because there can never be enough cake.
See you there for the festivities!

Due to St George’s Day falling on Thursday April 23rd & wanting to respect ANZAC Day on Saturday 25th April, we’ve moved our traditional St George’s Day Beerfest (now called Harvey’s Day Beerfest) to the following weekend (2nd/3rd May), which happens to also be a long weekend, so makes it the perfect choice.
Below are details for the event at Bacchus, Capalaba on the Saturday. We’ll update with news on this & Sunday’s event at Hip Hops, as we have them,

Our Brewmaster Ross Kenrick on his trip to the UK in 2015, was invited for a personal tour of Southern England’s most famous brewery Harvey and Son ltd by their Head Brewer & joint managing director Miles Jenner.
After a wonderful day touring this 200+ year old brewery & sampling many of their award winning ales, Ross cheekily enquired if there was a posibility of them sharing their Best Bitter recipe for him to brew something similar in Australia. Miles said he was probably happy to share the recipe, but since it contained several proprietry ingredents, not least their 200+ year old house yeast strain (that gives the beer it’s unique flavour profile), it wouldn’t be of much use if Bacchus Brewing Co really wanted to recreate their beer. After some excited discussions, Miles said “๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฉ ๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ข๐, ๐’๐ก๐ก ๐จ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฉ ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ค”.
On returning to Australia Ross kept in touch & finally got the news that exceeded his highest hopes… In a world first, not only did Harvey’s agree to share the recipe & a further 3 (including their World Beer Cup “World’s Best” Brown & Mild Ale recipes), they also agreed to airfreight all the propriety ingredients so Bacchus Brewing Co could recreate their beers here in Australia.
So on Saturday 26th April we will once again be pulling from our handpumps Harvey’s Sussex Ale & Georgian Dragon, plus their World winning Lewes Castle Brown & Sussex Old Ale from our nitro taps. We will also be pouring a collection of our favourite English creations, but for those preferring our regular offerings we’ll also have a selection of our core range beers pouring.

After a decade celebration for the ages, Brisbaneโs beloved street festival returns bigger, bolder and set in stone for May 3!
After a smash-hit 10th birthday bash last year, the Stones Corner Festival is officially turning the volume up for its 11th year. Brisbane is invited back to Logan Road on Sunday, May 3, for another unforgettable day of free live music, street eats, cold beers and community spirit.
What started as a humble gathering of local music lovers has, over the past decade, grown into one of Brisbaneโs most loved annual street parties. Now firmly โset in stoneโ as a must-do on the local events calendar, the festival will once again transform the Stones Corner precinct and the iconic Stones Corner Hotel into a buzzing celebration of grassroots music and neighbourhood pride.
Following last yearโs milestone celebration, year 11 is all about keeping the energy high and the community close. Expect a jam-packed lineup of live acts, delicious food trucks, pop-up bars, market stalls and family-friendly fun from morning through to sunset.
๐ถSET IN STONE: ORIGINALS BAND COMPETITION RETURNS
Back by popular demand, the Set In Stone Originals Band Competition is giving emerging Brisbane artists the chance to battle it out for the first official set at this yearโs festival.
Designed to spotlight homegrown talent and champion the next wave of Brissie musicians, the competition cements what the festival has always stood for: supporting local, amplifying new voices, and giving artists a stage to call their own. For many, itโs more than just a gig; itโs their first big festival moment.
โจMARKETS, EATS & LOCAL BREWS
Curated once again by The Market Folk, the Festival markets will bring together a vibrant collection of pre-loved treasures, handcrafted goods and eco-conscious finds, showcasing some of South East Queenslandโs most creative small businesses.
Food trucks the likes of Catch & Kiss Seafood, Mr Pulled, and Oh Waffles will line Logan Road, serving up everything from gourmet bites to festival classics, while local brewers and beverage favourites will keep the good times flowing. Brewers the likes of Asahi, Stone & Wood, and Billsons, as well as local nods with Slipstream, Black Hops, Burleigh Brewing, Redlands Coast Distillery and Stones Ginger Beer being available to quench that thirst all day long.
True to its roots, the festival continues its proud partnership with the MND & Me Foundation, raising vital funds and awareness for motor neurone disease research and support. Volunteers will be on hand throughout the day collecting donations, reminding festival-goers that this party with purpose is as much about giving back as it is about great music.
For 11 years, the Stones Corner Festival has been powered by community; by local bands, local businesses, local families and the loyal crowd who return year after year. Itโs free, itโs family-friendly, and itโs everything Brisbane loves about a street party.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 3
Because some traditions are too good to stop at ten!
